Green classrooms — Ndalani community and Green Village visionFROM THE GREEN VILLAGE PROPOSAL

WHY IT MATTERS

A practical response
to everyday needs.

The proposal documents ageing roofs, deteriorating classrooms and a shortage of suitable school furniture at Ndalani and Inyanzaani. A safe learning environment is the starting point for every other investment.

Our proposed work is shaped by local needs and the association’s commitment to school improvement and community empowerment.

WHAT WE PLAN TO DO

From intention to action.

01

Develop renewable bamboo classroom structures with Bamboo Living.

02

Prepare foundations, doors, windows, drainage and accessible school facilities.

03

Provide student desks and chairs, staff workspaces and secure storage.

04

Coordinate site approvals, local construction work and ongoing maintenance.

PART OF A BIGGER VISION

Connected to
the Green Village.

Green classrooms form the physical foundation of the Green Village: spaces where clean energy, water and learning can work together.

LOOKING AHEAD

Progress we can
see and share.

As work moves forward, we plan to track:

  • Classrooms completed and independently inspected
  • Furniture delivered and in use
  • Maintenance responsibilities agreed with schools

These are intended measures, rather than reported achievements. Implementation depends on confirmed funding, assessment and approvals.
