OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Privacy.

This notice describes how Ndalani Primary School Alumni Association uses information submitted through napsaa.org.

Information you choose to share

Enquiry, membership and pledge forms collect your name, email and any optional phone number or message. Membership interests include a school leaving year; pledges include your intended amount, currency, frequency and programme. Please do not send card details, passwords or identity documents through these forms.

How the information is used

We use it to respond to your request, assess membership interest or discuss a pledge. If you separately choose the optional updates box, your preference is recorded for occasional association communications. Form submissions are available only through the administration area to authorised users.

Cookies & hosting

The website uses essential session and security cookies to protect forms and display submission confirmations. We do not use advertising trackers. Server logs may record technical information such as an IP address for security and operation.

Retention & your choices

The association should retain records only as long as needed for the request and applicable obligations. Contact munyaofkm@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw an updates preference. Some records may need to be retained for association administration.

External services

Links to collaborators open their own websites. If an approved external donation checkout is made available, that provider handles its payment information under its own notice. This website does not collect or store payment card information.
